Professional Background:
I was born and raised in the Dominican Republic, where I first became interested in Architecture and Design. After earning my Bachelor of Architecture, I set my sights on a Master of Architecture and a life in San Francisco. Fast forward to today, I’ve grown from a graduate student to a designer to a licensed architect, and now, I’m an associate at RIM Architects. As an associate, I work closely with the leadership team to serve a wide variety of clients and projects, while curating and mentoring a unique team of multi-talented individuals.

CREW SF Background:
I joined CREW in 2016 and immediately became involved in the Rising Leaders Committee as an active participant leading networking and tour event efforts. This quickly translated to me becoming the committee chair and a fun, transformative year full of development and growth for the Rising Leaders group.  I have since transitioned back to my networking and tours roots and now serve on the Programs Committee, where I continue feeding my interest in active development of projects and love for networking and connecting people.

Q&A:

What do you like most about your job and/or industry?
The teamwork – it’s the backbone of all successful projects and it allows me to collaborate with talented individuals in different capacities. We build spaces that will directly improve the quality of life of people in our community, and that’s amazing.

What advice do you want to give a new CREW SF member?
Get involved in a committee! If you invest in the CREW community, you invest in your future.

What has been the highlight of your membership with CREW SF?
Getting to learn about the different roles within the real estate industry and meeting so many accomplished and inspiring professionals.

How has CREW SF benefitted you personally and/or professionally?
CREW has been instrumental in increasing my network of professionals and accelerating my professional development. It’s been a great environment to hone my leadership skills, while developing meaningful friendships along the way.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
I can be found traveling, sun-soaking, cooking, baking or trying new restaurants.

What’s a fun fact that you’d like to share about yourself?
Internally at RIM, I’m known as “the cruise director” because of my passion for fun team building activities and events that allow us to spend quality time together and try new things, which contributes to an essential work-life balance. Our next event is the SF Giants vs LA Dodgers game. Go Giants!
