CREW SF Ushers In New 2021 Board of Directors
Commercial real estate association dedicated to gender diversity elects Page & Turnbull Principal as President
San Francisco, Calif., Feb. 17, 2021 – CREW SF (Commercial Real Estate Women, San Francisco chapter), a nonprofit professional organization dedicated to advancing women as leaders in the commercial real estate (CRE) industry, announces the election of a new board of directors to lead the chapter. Lada Kocherovsky, AIA, Principal with Page & Turnbull, succeeds Samantha S. Low, director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant Real Estate Advisory Group.
“As we recover and rebuild our communities, diversity and inclusion in leadership is critical to ensure that we come back stronger, and even better, than before,” said Kocherovsky. “The resilience and dedication of our membership to lead, inspire and grow during an unprecedented time is a testament to the strength of CREW SF. Our chapter has evolved to new levels, and I look forward working with the board to provide our members with tools that empower and equip women for new opportunities in leadership during an ever-evolving period.”
Kocherovsky’s leadership will concentrate on amplifying the chapter’s Environmental, Social Governance (ESG) platform and increasing diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) at all levels of the organization. The intersection of ESG and DEI issues within CRE have made CREW uniquely positioned to help address issues that have emerged as trending business imperatives across all industries. CREW SF’s virtual offerings continue to provide engaging programs that educate on timely topics, foster networking and engagement opportunities and provide resources that address the challenge of closing the parity gap. As part of her mandate, Kocherovsky seeks to expand the breadth and depth of the chapter through recruitment of new members across a range of experience levels, from rising leaders to seasoned professionals. A detailed overview of her vision can be found

With almost three decades of experience in architecture and planning, Kocherovsky’s practice has evolved to focus on integration of contemporary design in existing historic buildings and environments throughout the Bay Area. Among her most prominent projects are the Walk Disney Family Museum and One Kearny Club in San Francisco and the Marital Cottle Park Visitor Center in San Jose.
