Professional Background:
I graduated from Sonoma State University with a bachelors in communications in 2014. From there, I immediately went into healthcare recruiting for 3.5 years before jumping into brokerage at Cushman & Wakefield. I work out of the Cushman & Wakefield’s North Bay office, located in Marin, and cover office leasing in Marin and Sonoma counties with my team of four others. It is my goal to put my clients’ ideas and vision into action and help tenants and landlords meet their objectives within the local market. I am dedicated to integrity and will always do what is best for my clients.

CREW SF Background:
I joined CREW San Francisco in 2019. As they say in sorority and in life, you get out what you put in. I got involved with CREW Mates my first year in and joined the Community Affairs Committee. While on Community Affairs I took on the role of Girls Inc. liaison, building a relationship between CREW SF and Girls Inc. I stayed in that position for all of 2020 before moving into the chair role for 2021. I am so excited to be in this role working with my Co-Chair, Noele Pennington, and can’t wait to see how the rest of the year goes!

Q&A:
1. What advice do you have for women who wish to advance in their jobs?
I still consider myself new to the industry, but my advice is to get involved and put yourself out there. Being uncomfortable is the best way to grow.

2. What do you like most about your job and/or industry?
The operations and goals of one’s businesses will determine what their office space needs are. It’s like a puzzle, hearing the issue and working with the decision makers to come up with the best solution. I have fun with it too; while business is good, we are all still human and need to have a little fun every once in a while.

3. What advice do you want to give a new CREW SF member?
Join a committee -- if you don’t like it or your schedule changes, find one that works for you! When you find a good one, stick with it and take on a supporting role.

4. What do you like to do in your spare time?
Anything outside, including wine tasting, hiking, and running.

5. What’s a fun fact that you’d like to share about yourself?
I was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, and I still consider it home.
