Rising Leaders: 2022 CREWMates Mentorship Program

Overview: CREWMates is a mentorship program that pairs rising real estate professionals with those who have experience in the industry. This program creates a safe and positive mentoring environment where long-lasting relationships between mentor and mentee can flourish. It's intended to provide professional guidance, networking opportunities, skills development, and self-discovery. The duration of the program is eight months, running from February to September.

Eligibility: Program applications open to all, from experienced commercial real estate professionals to those just staring careers in real estate. Non-CREW SF members are welcome to participate.

We suggest mentor participants have at least a minimum of 12 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Mentee participants can be recent graduates or have a maximum of 12 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Applications will be accepted for 2022 through Friday, February 11th.
Please apply soon, as we expect the limited spots available to fill quickly.

Fees: The program fee is $150 for mentees (no cost for mentors). Scholarships are available to those who were impacted financially due to our current pandemic.
