September 9-11, 2022 - Girl Scouts Love State Parks Weekend (Butano):
Girl Scouts and their families are invited to a weekend of exploring the outdoors and learning about the wonders of California’s State Park system. They will have the opportunity to explore Butano State Park and learn from Park Rangers. The group will be camping at Camp Butano Creek and doing fun things like outdoor cooking, archery, nature crafts, and more! This is a great volunteer opportunity for outdoor enthusiasts. October 15-16, 2022 – Climate Action Conference (Camp Bothin):-
Join Girl Scouts at Camp Bothin where they will provide hands-on workshops on ways to incorporate sustainability into daily life and community. Topics will include gardening and composting to bike repair and public demos. Girls will participate in outdoor adventure activities including archery and hiking as well as learning more about unique nature skills like backpacking, animal tracking and foraging. November 11-14, 2022 – Amazing Race (Bay Area):
Amazing Race is similar to the TV show, where teams of Girl Scouts will adventure all over the Bay Area and beyond to compete in a variety of activities and challenges.
